About the test


Unit Test:

Unit Tests are to o be taken after each unit is taught or studied to affirm basic concept knowledge. These tests will give you a fair assessment on your knowledge on sub topics in your syllabus. Each unit Test consists of 10 questions carrying weightage of 15 Marks in the duration of 30 minutes. GATE like interface with r-elevant type of questions such as MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) & NATs (Numerical Answer Type) along with the use of inbuilt Scientific Calculator (as in actual GATE), will provide required practice for an individual.

Section Test:

Section Tests are to be taken after complete learning of the topic / section to practice application of concepts and almost GATE like question solving ability. These tests help you get detailed understanding and assessment of each section in your syllabus. Section Test consists of 20 questions carrying weightage of 30 Marks in the duration of 1 Hour. GATE like interface with relevant type of questions such as MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) & NATs (Numerical Answer Type) along with the use of inbuilt Scientific Calculator (as in actual GATE), will provide required practice for an individual.

Self Administered Test (SAT):

SAT is a test of Moderate Level Questions from entire GATE Syllabus. Each test is graded up on difficulty level taken independently by each student in a window period of 15 days. Exam model is an replica of Actual GATE, which has 65 questions ( 10 from General Aptitude & remaining from Core Engineering Syllabus), conducted online carrying 100 marks, in the duration of 3 hours. Student is eligible for All India Rank, Percentile & GATE Score in case of attempting the test during Window Period. GATE like interface with relevant type of questions such as MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) & NATs (Numerical Answer Type) along with the use of inbuilt Scientific Calculator (as in actual GATE), will provide required practice for an individual.

Extra Edge Test (EET)

An EET is a Full Syllabus Test, which is a replica of Actual GATE, consisting of 65 questions (10 from General Aptitude & remaining from Core Engineering Syllabus), conducted online carrying 100 marks, in the duration of 3 hours. EETs are easy level questions from entire GATE Syllabus, which once attempted with give you a real time Results ( All India Rank, Percentile & GATE Score) on weekly basis, as it is independent of window period. GATE like interface with relevant type of questions such as MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) & NATs (Numerical Answer Type) along with the use of inbuilt Scientific Calculator (as in actual GATE), will provide required practice for an individual.

Monitored Test (MT)

Monitored Test is a Full Syllabus Test (65 questions, 10 from General Aptitude & remaining from Core Engineering Syllabus) with toughest difficulty level questions matching almost to actual GATE papers and conducted in an exam environment under Gateforum supervision. These tests follow normal distribution on difficulty level. Having attempted tests in exact GATE like conditions, these tests will give much required confidence to face actual GATE. You will be entitled for All India Rank, Percentile & GATE Score in case of attempting the test during Window Period at the designated Gateforum Test Venue. GATE like interface with relevant type of questions such as MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) & NATs (Numerical Answer Type) along with the use of inbuilt Scientific Calculator (as in actual GATE), will provide required practice for an individual.
